The LAPCS PBIS Team is dedicated to fostering a positive school culture by implementing and sustaining a proactive, data-driven framework that promotes Respect, Responsibility, and Safety.

Our mission is to create a supportive learning environment where all students can thrive academically and socially by:

  • Teaching and reinforcing PBIS expectations through structured lessons and school-wide initiatives.

  • Establishing clear behavior definitions, policies, and procedures to support consistency in discipline practices.

  • Equipping teachers with the necessary knowledge and resources through ongoing professional development.

  • Utilizing data-driven decision-making to monitor and improve PBIS implementation.
