What is Powerschool

Powerschool is an online platform that offers parents and scholars direct access to your scholar’s grades and attendance. You can also easily contact teachers through the site. Additionally, we are working on making the enrollment process easier and you will need a Parent Account to complete the enrollment process later this spring.

Kickboard

What is Kickboard?

Kickboard is a tool we use to promote positive behaviors while tracking overall classroom behaviors transparently – these are immediately seen by family members who are given access.

What are positive behavior points?

When teachers see students exhibiting a positive behavior, they acknowledge the action: “Thank you, Amy, for following our hallway rules!”  With the PBIS Rewards system, teachers, staff, and administrators can recognize and acknowledge student behavior in a fun and inviting way. We commonly refer to this as the ability to recognize any student, anywhere. We want to give schools the ability to focus on positive behaviors that foster growth in the classroom and build positive teacher-student relationships.

How do I get access to this?

By calling the front desk, or emailing either Mrs. Remollino or Mr. Kennedy, you can request the access code for your scholar. Please refer to our video tutorial for accessing Kickboard!
